VIETRI REWARDS FAQ'S

You will automatically be enrolled in the VIETRI Rewards Program when you create a VIETRI account or log in to an existing account. You do not need to sign up separately to join VIETRI Rewards.

We recommend that you opt-in to our emails and SMS to ensure you receive updates about your VIETRI Rewards account and receive exclusive promotions.

There are several ways to earn Rewards Points, including but not limited to:  

- Sign Up Bonus - Create an account and earn 50 points.

- Learn about VIETRI - Earn 25 points by reading our blog. 

- Make a Purchase - Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on an order. 

- Write a Review - Earn 25 points by writing reviews for the products you ordered.

- Follow on Instagram - Follow our Instagram page and earn 25 points.

- Birthday Bonus - Add your birthday to your account and earn 100 points.

- Preorder Products - Earn 2 points for every dollar spent on all preorder items.

No, only purchases made after joining the Rewards Program are eligible to receive points and count towards your total tier spend.

For every 100 VIETRI Rewards Points you earn, you’re eligible for a $5 credit. Redeemable amounts are illustrated below:

100 points = $5

200 points = $10

400 points = $20

800 points = $40

2,000 points = $100

To add credit to your account, log in to your account, click View My Points and Rewards, and convert your points into credit.

All orders are eligible to earn points. VIETRI Rewards Points will not be issued for any shipping costs.

If you’re using a promo code with your order, the VIETRI Rewards Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promo code has been applied.

For purchases made on VIETRI.com, points will be awarded to your loyalty account within 30 minutes of your transaction.

When shopping on VIETRI.com, Points can be redeemed towards a Rewards coupon at checkout. You must be logged in to your account using your VIETRI Rewards email address to redeem points for a Reward at checkout. Also, to receive free economy shipping and/or to apply any loyalty member-specific promotions, you must be logged into your account when beginning checkout.

Log in using your VIETRI Rewards email here. On your account page you will see how many points you have, what status tier you are in, how much you need to spend to reach the next tier, as well as a complete history of your points and purchase activity.

When shopping on VIETRI.com, a Rewards coupon code can be used in addition to another qualifying promo code or an additional Rewards coupon code. Terms and conditions apply for marketing promotions and discounts. See disclaimer details of other promos for clarification.

When returning all or part of a purchase made on VIETRI.com, any Points you redeemed on that purchase will be credited back to your account. 

If you forgot to add your dollar-off code or gift reward at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with your order number and reward details. We'll double-check your account and work to find the best solution for you.

Your membership tier is based on your purchases in the past 12 months. If you believe you should be in a different tier, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with the tier you think you should be in and we'll work to make things right.

Any points earned from a purchase returned in its entirety will be removed from your account. If you’ve earned points on a purchase that is partially returned, your points will be reversed, and your total points earned on the purchase will reflect your original subtotal minus the total amount of the items returned.

If you think you have enough points for a reward but your account is not loading properly, please contact us atcustomerservice@vietri.comor via live chat. We'll check your account from our end and help you use your rewards on an order.

To receive your birthday reward, you must have visited the “My Rewards” section of your account on www.vietri.com and input your birthday month and day at least 30 days before your birthday.

To prevent abuse of this reward, if you input your birthdate a day after your birthday, you won't be granted your Birthday Reward until your birthday the following year. If you entered your birthdate less than 30 days prior to your birthday, your Reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days. If you entered your birthdate any time prior to 30 days of your birthday, your Reward should have been granted normally on your birthday.

$200 is the max Rewards discount to be used per transaction. Only one discount can be used per order. To use additional Rewards, create a separate order and apply your Rewards.

Typically it takes 3-5 business days (if not sooner) for the review points to reflect in your account once submitted.  Reviews will need to be a week apart and will only allow up to 5 reviews for points. If 2x reviews are submitted in one week only 1 set of points will be rewarded. 5 max overall per customer.

VIETRI Rewards Points can only be earned through purchases made directly onwww.vietri.com.Orders placed on Amazon, or any other partner site, will not earn you VIETRI Rewards Points.

Your eligibility to achieve Silver, Gold, and Platinum status tiers is based on your cumulative eligible purchases made online at www.vietri.com. Your tier status lasts for 12 months following your entry to the tier unless you continue to make additional purchases within those 12 months that meet the threshold of the next highest tier. Conversely, if you make a return that decreases your 12 month cumulative spend below your current tier's threshold, your tier status will be lowered. However, your points do not expire.

If you’ve made multiple purchases under different email addresses associated with the VIETRI Rewards Program, we can combine your points over to one email address.

Please note, we will only be able to combine them once, so be sure to take note of the email address you frequently use to make purchases! Reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your VIETRI Rewards account.

If you'd like to refer a friend, you can log in and navigate to your account page. If you scroll down, there will be an area for you to "Refer A Friend". You will be able to send your friend an email, copy the referral link, or share via Facebook and Twitter. 

Once your friend places their order of $125 or more (pre-tax & pre-discount) with your referral code, you will receive a $20 off promo code via email. This happens as soon as your friend's order is confirmed.

If your friend has placed their order but you're still not seeing your $20 off promo code, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with your friend's name and email address! We'll check on their order and make sure you get your points.

No. VIETRI Outlet Store purchases do not count towards our online VIETRI Rewards Program.
