Order processing during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, November 25-November 28, will be 5 business days.
Order Processing during Christmas, December 19-23, will be 2-3 business days. VIETRI is closed and will not process orders December 23-26.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during the peak of this record-breaking holiday season. We recommend placing orders in advance and allotting time to account for shipping delays and/or issues that are out of our control. Dates may change as the holiday season progresses.

VIETRI offers Standard and Second Day shipping options within the Continental U.S. through FedEx or USPS. Standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 days depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within three days. VIETRI does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual, local regulations. Please contact VIETRI Customer Service via email at email@example.com or by phone at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with any questions or concerns.
* For any purchases over $2,000, freight will be charged based on weight and size of packages. Customer will be advised of charge at the time of shipping.
We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. Please contact Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to receive a return authorization shipping label.
When shopping on our site, you may encounter items that are not available for immediate ship. In this case, we provide an expected ship date. You can add these items to your gift registry, sign up for a back in stock notification, or for certain items, you can pre-order. If you choose to pre-order, you will be charged for the item upon completion of your order, and we will ship in stock items as soon as possible; items not currently in stock will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If you need items immediately, please check our V-tailer partners, or visit our Store Locator for a store near you - they just may have the item you need! Most items can be gift boxed for an additional charge of $5.95 per order which includes 4 items. Items that cannot be gift boxed due to size, shape or weight are indicated.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns Without a Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange or store credit at the current selling price of the product. Please visit our Returns Center to submit your return request for an exchange or store credit.
Returning Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, please visit our Returns Center to submit your return request for refund or exchange. Upon review of your request by our Customer Specialists, VIETRI may request a photo to be emailed to email@example.com. Once your photo has been received and your request has been approved, VIETRI will issue a pre-paid shipping label for items shipped in error or received damaged, to be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact VIETRI Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and put "Cancel Order" in the email subject line or by phone at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Refusals are not an acceptable way of return. If a shipment is refused and returned to VIETRI, we will issue a credit less shipping, both outgoing and incoming, as well as any applicable gift wrap charges.
Points on VIETRI purchases apply to VIETRI rewards members only. Users must register at https://www.vietri.com/account/login prior to completing purchase. Registered VIETRI rewards members will receive $5 off for every 100 points earned unless otherwise noted. VIETRI reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer or to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Due to the global pandemic, unforeseen circumstances are causing international production and shipping delays for many brands including VIETRI. While we are working diligently to keep our product offerings in stock, you may notice an increase in backordered items on our website at this time. We recommend preordering your items when possible, allowing us to provide you with an estimated delivery timeline for your order. Please note extended delivery times are to be expected.
Will my order be delayed due to Covid-19?
As a result of Covid-19, some items may be delayed due to global production and shipping challenges.
At checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery range for your order based on your shipping method. Delivery updates and/or delays will be communicated via email. Our carriers are currently maintaining standard delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.
