VIETRI offers Standard and Second Day shipping options within the Continental U.S. through FedEx or USPS. Standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 days depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within three days. VIETRI does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual, local regulations. We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. VIETRI is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
When shopping on our site, you may encounter items that are not available for immediate ship. In this case, we provide an expected ship date. You can add these items to your gift registry, sign up for a back in stock notification, or for certain items, you can pre-order. If you choose to pre-order, you will be charged for the item upon completion of your order, and we will ship in stock items as soon as possible; items not currently in stock will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Most items can be gift boxed for an additional charge of $5.95 per order which includes 4 items. Items that cannot be gift boxed due to size, shape or weight are indicated.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
VIETRI is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, VIETRI will gladly accept the return of your unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping and gift wrap charges. Unused, unwashed and undamaged products can be exchanged or returned for a store credit for up to 90 days after receipt of order.
Please note: Items purchased from www.vietri.com cannot be returned to a VIETRI retailer, they must be returned directly to VIETRI. To return an item, simply fill out the return form located on the invoice you received with your order and include it in the box. Send returned items to:

VIETRI's handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. VIETRI is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping and gift wrap charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns With A Receipt After 30 Days Of Receiving Order
Returns with a receipt after 30 days of receiving order will be refunded in the form of an exchange or store credit. Returns Without A Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange or store credit at the current selling price of the product. Returning Damaged, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, VIETRI will provide a prepaid return label at our discretion. Please contact VIETRI Customer Service via chat, email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact VIETRI Customer Service via email at email@example.com and put "Cancel Order" in the email subject line or by phone at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Refusals are not an acceptable way of return. If a shipment is refused and returned to VIETRI, we will issue a credit less shipping, both outgoing and incoming, as well as any applicable gift wrap charges.
Points on VIETRI purchases apply to VIETRI rewards members only. Users must register at https://www.vietri.com/account/login prior to completing purchase. Registered VIETRI rewards members will receive one point per $1 made in purchases unless otherwise noted. VIETRI reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer or to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
