Tastemakers

Over four decades later, the thrill of seeing VIETRI on people’s tables and in their homes has not worn off. I love seeing how families collect special pieces over time, mix and match them uniquely, and form their own traditions. Old mixes with new and styles evolve, yet irresistibly Italian style is timeless.

LEE CORDON

An authentic source for gracious etiquette, classic style, fabulous gift ideas, and intentional motherhood. Inspired by my Southern grandmother, I started DoSayGive to help women be lovely and gracious in everything they do, say, and give. And how we can teach our children to do the same. As a former event planner, and mother of four, I take joy in tying together the beautiful things we enjoy in a way that is meaningful and worthwhile. And sharing what to do and say in the ups and downs of life because I know we all want to love our friends and neighbors well.

LAUREN CRAWFORD

I've always taken pleasure in the meditated, deliberate curation of my life. Whether that means picking a gift that truly reflects a friend's personality, setting a table for a holiday gathering, picking an outfit that showcases my love of color and texture, designing our new lake house with fabrics and furniture that brings our preppy style to life, or sharing an activity with my children that will spark their imaginations - it all brings me joy. My content reflects that - life isn't limited to one swim lane! I love sharing my favorite recipes, design picks, antique finds, kids clothing, tablescapes, and everything in-between.

PAIGE MINEAR

The Pink Clutch was born in 2007 out of a desire to connect to my creative side as a stay at home mother of three. Our middle child was born with special needs and no one we knew really walked the same path we were. In many ways my special child and the path we walked left me feeling very different and alone. The world of blogging had just begun and I was intrigued by the online journal I would be creating with my posts. Over the last ten years the blog and I have changed and grown but the desire has remained the same. I write to inspire myself and in the process hope to inspire others to learn something new, live life with joy, travel, entertain, take chances in their homes and personal lives, and to life live full of color. And just like every other human my life is filled with challenges and I hope to share them when I can with the hope that someone else walking the same path will never feel alone.

MARY HOLLIS HUDDLESTON

I’m a Nashville native who loves entertaining at home, but I’m also a very busy gal. About five years ago, my husband and I started Please Be Seated, an event rental company, which makes it very convenient for me to rent items for the parties I host at home. One small perk from my crazy day-job. So if you have a day job, why Mrs. Southern Social you ask? Well, I’m a working Southern woman who loves welcoming people into my home and throwing dinner parties, but I don’t have the time nor energy to spend hours on Pinterest, cooking or decorating myself. Thankfully, times have changed, and we no longer have to rely on just ourselves to make things happen. In fact, it’s so much easier if we don’t. From iced cookies, invitations, catering to flowers, I’ll share ideas, inspiration and contacts that will hopefully make your life a bit easier one cocktail party at a time.

KATIE SMITH

Katie Smith resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and young daughter. Katie is an interiors enthusiast and has a passion for hosting dinner parties for family and friends. LAURA AND ELIZABETH

We are a mother-daughter duo entertaining for the generations, celebrating our differences by coming together—and having a lot of fun along the way! Our personal inspiration, Grandma Ruby, had a knack for hosting and gathering people graciously, always making more than something out of nothing from her Alabama farm. Lolli and Me® is our excuse to share time over things we enjoy together, as we seek to make intentional memories an everyday lifestyle. Lolli and Me® is an endeavor to honor her legacy and to have intention in building our own, captured through our “digital diary” meant to connect generations and celebrate #mothersdayeveryday.
