Pesca, Italian for fishing, was inspired by an evening walk along the pier in Santa Barbara. A lifelong admirer of the sea, maestro artisan, Gianluca Fabbro, often enjoys an afternoon spent on his boat with friends sailing the Adriatic Sea. It was during a visit to California that Gianluca was reminded of the peace the ocean instills in him - fresh salt air, the caw of seagulls flocking for food, fish splashing in the water - often reminiscent of a Hemingway novel.
