Tucked away in the city of Florence, four Italian women are quietly engaged in an overdue revolution. Elisabetta, Serena, Valeria, and Guia were managing successful careers when a sudden call to action was discovered, recognizing an urgent need for kindness and inclusivity for the less fortunate in the workplace. Doing what’s necessary to forge new professional paths for the handicapped, these women created FLO, one of Italy’s foremost non-profit organizations. Their motto, “Quo Modo” which translates to “in what manner” represents their dedication to helping others.
Producing handstitched clothing for children, FLO employs the disabled, offering them the dignity of economic and social contribution, allowing for an enriched, happy life. 100% of their proceeds, and VIETRI’s through our clothing partnership, are invested into their staff -- a mission we at VIETRI believe in and support.
