Bellezza - Vintage Elegance
Susan Gravely, Founder and CEO shares what inspired the intricate details of Bellezza.
A Tuscan word for ‘beauty’, Bellezza was inspired by the discovery of antique wooden marking tools at an architectural flea market in Florence. The tools, originally used in the 13th century to decorate altar cloths and church manuscripts, were recreated by maestro molder, Stefano Roselli. Using these ancient techniques, Roselli presses intricate details in the handmade shapes of terra cotta clay.
