VIETRI is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 45 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, VIETRI will gladly return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping and gift wrap charges.

Please note: Items purchased from www.vietri.com cannot be returned to a VIETRI retailer, they must be returned directly to VIETRI. To return an item, simply fill out the return form located on the invoice you received with your order, include it in the box and attach the return label located on the bottom of the invoice to the outside of the box. VIETRI's handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. VIETRI is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping and gift wrap charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns With A Receipt After 45 Days Of Receiving Order
Returns with a receipt after 45 days of receiving order will be refunded in the form of an exchange. Please contact VIETRI Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.

Returns Without A Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product. Please contact VIETRI Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.

Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, VIETRI will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact VIETRI Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact VIETRI Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders for monogrammed items cannot be canceled or returned. We ask that you take special care when specifying initials as these items are non-refundable.
