CAN I PLACE PHONE ORDERS BY CALLING THE OUTLET STORE?
Due to the fact that the VIETRI Outlet Store inventory changes daily and is consisted of slightly flawed, discontinued and one of a kind samples, we are unable to take phone orders.

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD PRODUCT FOR PURCHASE?
We will hold any item for a maximum of 2 hours. After that, the product will be returned to the selling floor.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER OUTLET STORES?
No. The VIETRI Outlet in Hillsborough is the only location where VIETRI is set up to sell directly to customers.

IS ALL VIETRI MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER SAFE?
All VIETRI dinnerware and serving specialties are dishwasher safe. We recommend using the low energy/air dry cycle and not overloading the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for decorative and oversized pieces. VIETRI's microwave safe dinnerware and accessories are tested by independent labs and have passed Ceramic Microwave Reheating Test C 1607-06 of ASTM International, the American Society for Testing and Materials. Pieces approved for microwave use will be marked as such on the bottom of the piece. As with all microwave use, we urge caution as products may get hot.
