Attend a public tour of our facilities in Hillsborough, NC – Each lasts approximately one hour and consists of a guided tour through VIETRI’s showroom and offices. Learn the fairy tale story of how VIETRI was started and how the company has evolved into one of the largest importers of exclusively Italian ceramics for the home, kitchen and garden.
Attend a private tour with your organization – If you are a member of a group of 10 or more, contact VIETRI at least two weeks in advance to request a private tour.

There is a $10 registration fee per participant to secure your spot in the tour. On the day of the tour, you will receive a $25 gift certificate to spend in the Outlet on that day or within 90 days of the date of your tour. The gift certificate is valid for the Outlet Store only and cannot be used towards purchases at our Spring and Fall Warehouse Sales.
Benefits of an Insider
Upon completion of the tour you will receive a $25 gift certificate and an Insider Club card to use for special offers and discounts every time you shop the VIETRI Outlet Store.
Participants are encouraged to shop the Outlet following their tour to begin using their Insider Club discount that day! On the day of the tour your card will get you 10% off your purchase and after that you will receive 5% off any purchases. The 5% off is also valid at our Spring and Fall Warehouse Sales!
Also as an Insider, you will receive invitations to exclusive Insider Only events and promotions, including group tours, seasonal sales and on-site events.
